BGR Group Partners with Consilium Consulting, Establishes Phoenix Office

Leading Firms join forces on Health Care, Economic Development, Defense and Fintech issues

Washington, D.C. & Phoenix, AZ (June 18, 2025) – BGR Group, Washington, D.C.’s premier bipartisan lobbying and public relations firm, and Consilium Consulting, a top policy advocacy firm in Phoenix that specializes in city, county, state, and federal government affairs, are announcing a new partnership to offer clients unparalleled bipartisan advocacy expertise by their combined teams.

The Phoenix-based Consilium will serve as BGR’s Phoenix office and join the firm’s growing national footprint with offices in Austin, Texas, Atlanta, Georgia and Nashville, Tennessee. Together, they will provide clients with integrated advocacy, lobbying and communications services across the U.S.

Consilium Founder Kirk Adams, a fourth-generation Arizonan, will join BGR Group as a Managing Director. In 2008, he was elected as the youngest Speaker of the House in Arizona, eventually going on to serve as Governor Doug Ducey’s Chief of Staff from 2014 to 2018.

“BGR’s federal and state lobbyists have been working with Kirk Adams and the bipartisan Consilium team for the last year on a wide range of issues ranging from health care to economic development,” said Bob Wood, Chairman and CEO of BGR Group. “We are excited to welcome Kirk as a Managing Director at BGR and look forward to working together on new initiatives to bolster our support for clients of both firms in Arizona, the southwest, and in Washington, D.C.”

“Consilium has a track record for achieving results for our clients. We are laser focused on strategic growth to advance our client priorities. BGR Group is a perfect partner for us as it has consistently been recognized as a top performing firm, regardless of which party controls Congress or the White House,” said Consilium Founding Partner Kirk Adams.

“We look forward to working with BGR to grow our federal presence and utilize our deep knowledge of state and local government to help clients prosper in Arizona,” said Christina Corrieri, President of Consilium Consulting. Christina brings years of policy expertise to Consilium with a focus on healthcare and human services. Christina worked as a policy analyst at the Goldwater Institute where she developed the policy for Right To Try and later served as Chief of Staff for Phoenix Councilman Sal DiCiccio. Christina served as Governor Doug Ducey’s Health and Human Services Policy Advisor where she focused on Medicaid reform and insurance issues.

“Arizona is increasingly a priority destination for clients due to its business-friendly economy with low regulatory and tax burdens, as well as a skilled workforce pipeline. Teaming up with Consilium, BGR will expand its bipartisan reach to governors, Attorneys General, and mayors as well as further build out our multi-state economic development practice,” said BGR Principal and State and Local Advocacy Practice Head, Loren Monroe.
